Hi is the pond heavily stocked or fished and does it have much natural or fed in. What other fish does the water hold ( are you to start with silver to draw the carp) Also are you fishing with match gear or is it a carp match. What ever it is like grab a tin of pedigrees heart and liver in gravy. Tight lines Rich

id say a good tactic is to bait two places. e.g. fish straight out in front of you and bait around the margins at the same time then after a while you can move to the margins and expect a few bits. good luck! rick89 September 16, 2009, 7:02 pm |
